The Tzedek Social Justice Fund redistributes money, resources, and power to support systems change and community healing in Asheville, North Carolina. Through adaptive, trust-based philanthropy, we resist oppressive systems and work to transform our collective home into a place where everyone flourishes.

The Tzedek Impact Awards are designed to honor individuals who have engaged in systems change or community healing work in the Asheville region by using the wisdom gained by directly navigating systems of oppression. BIPOC, LGBTQ, and Jewish individuals are encouraged to apply.
Each Tzedek Impact Awardee will receive $5,000 in recognition and celebration of past achievements and accomplishments that further Tzedek's mission and vision by addressing one or more systems of injustice, including:
- White nationalism
- Antisemitism
- Homophobia or heterosexism
- Transphobia
- White supremacy or racism
- Xenophobia
Tzedek believes that wide-ranging community efforts are impactful in addressing the systems of injustice listed above. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- Artistic contributions,
- Grassroots organizing initiatives, and
- Nonprofit/governmental/private collaborations
There will be one round of Impact Awards. The Impact Awards open on April 13th and close on May 15th with decisions made by July 10th. Ten awardees will be selected.

Los Premios Tzedek Impact están diseñados para honrar a las personas que se han involucrado en el cambio de sistemas o en el trabajo de sanación comunitaria en la región de Asheville, utilizando la sabiduría adquirida al navegar por sí mismes los sistemas de opresión. Se anima a las personas BIPOC, LGBTQ y judíes a postular.
Cada une de les beneficiaries del Premios Tzedek Impact recibirá $5,000 en reconocimiento y celebración de sus logros y realizaciones pasadas que promueven la misión y la visión de Tzedek abordando uno o más sistemas de injusticia, incluyendo:
- El nacionalismo blanco
- El antisemitismo
- La homofobia o el heterosexismo
- La transfobia
- La supremacía blanca o el racismo
- La xenofobia
Tzedek cree que los esfuerzos comunitarios de amplio alcance son importantes al abordar los sistemas de injusticia enumerados anteriormente. Los ejemplos incluyen, pero no se limitan a:

- Iniciativas organizativas de base y
- Colaboraciones sin fines de lucro, gubernamentales o privadas
Habrá una única ronda de los Premios Impact. El plazo de solicitud comienza el 13 de abril y finaliza el 15 de mayo, y las decisiones se anunciarán el 10 de julio. Se seleccionarán diez premiades.
